Determine suitable selection criteria
Make the selection process fair and consistent
Objectivity during recruitment – scoring system
Design and ask quality interview questions
Develop questioning skills
Listening skills for recruitment
Create the right environment
Conduct interviews professionally and consistently
Note taking during interviews
Interviewing and recruiting within the scope of current legislation

This post will support the delivery of a new trial of the Local Support Services Framework for Universal Credit which will be delivered across the geographic areas of Lincoln, North Kesteven and West Lindsey.
Fixed Term Contract from 26 August 2014 to 31st August 2015, 30 hours per week.
Based at LAN Office, Sleaford.
